Sadar Bahar & Ben ‘Cosmic Force’ Spaander team up and come correct with these two direct disco inspired jams.
The two tracker arose after Sadar Bahar discovered Ben’s Utrecht based studio (housing 60 synths!). Electro fiend Ben was charmed by the electronic elements in Sadar’s funk and disco collection and Sadar loved Ben’s ideas.
The A side (We Are Righteous People) is a cover version of Eddy Grant’s Time Warp that keeps it heads down, deep and funky. On the flip Bouncing Atoms is a relentless percussive heavy bassline led floor jammer. No samples have been used on either tracks.
So there we have it – two fresh disco come house gems with stabbing guitars, funky basslines, sax and pounding drum programming all set to create dance floor heat! Artwork by Cosmo Knex.. TIP!
